ただ、although が文頭ではなく、主節の後にある場合はすべておっしゃるとおりに訳していいのか？ ということに疑問をもったのですが、辞書の書き方ではそうでもないようですね。
とりあえず、訳のほうは jack さんのほうが適切だと思いますので、修正しておきます。
