   補足ですが、慶應の問題で、こういうのがありました。
次の文のうち間違っているものを１つ選びなさい。　慶應義塾大学（法（Ｂ）） 2011年
1. I agree to your proposal.
2. I agree with your opinion.
3. I agree with your proposal.
4. I agree to your opinion.

もちろん、4. が間違いです。to の後には、proposal, plan, suggestion のような何らかの意味での命令文（相手に行動を促す意味のある名詞）が来ます。opinion はそのような含みがないので×ということでしょう。

ここでオーストラリア人の解答者がこのように言っています。

"I agree to your opinion" is not common. "Agree to" is normally used when you are giving your assent, permission, eg. "I agree to your increasing his salary." This doesn't just mean that you agree with the person's opinion that his salary should be increased. It is giving the first person permission to increase his salary.
