問題を探すために「文正誤問題」をやっていたら、次のように”問題文にスゲに解説が入っている”ことが解かりましたが、此れってやっぱり何かが可笑しいですよね？

この文は受動態で、the party が主語、cannot be said が動詞、a success が補語と考えられるが、元の能動態は SVOC であったはず。しかし、×We can say the party a success. は間違った文（say は SVOC をとらない）なので、それを受動態にした文も間違いということになる。
×(2)I suggested him to see a doctor. suggest は want, tell, ask, order, request などのように、V O to V 文型を取ることができない。I suggested to him to see a doctor. と to を入れれば正しい文になる。

..... but nobody answered. とすれば正しい文になる。
