少し長いですが、和訳をお願いします！
At that time I couldn't speak Japanese,so I couldn't tell my host family about my shock.I tried to calm down. That I realized that everybody in the family was slurping their ramen.
゛Don't these people have any table manners?"I thought to myself. Before I came to Japan,I heard Japanese people were very polite. I couldn't believe that they were slurping their noodles like this.
I began to eat my ramen. I ate it very quietly. Of course,I didn't slurp.
I think my host father realized my shock. Later that night,he said,゛You know,Kari,Japanese people slurp their noodles. You may think that is strange,but it is normal for us.
We slurp hot tea or noodles and we enjoy them better that way."
Soon I got used to the sounds,and now I slurp ramen myself. It is one of my favorite dishes.
