「情報社会」と呼ばれるようになって、私たちの生活はどう変化したのだろうか。タイム誌(Times. 2001年６月４日号)では、コンピュータを通じて行われる情報交換や情報収集について、世界中の読者に意見を求めた。以下はその回答例である。
