Over the years the United States has spent billions and billions of dollars on space exploration. But after so many years and so many dollars have Americans really gotten their money's worth? Inner cities of the US, for example, are a real mess. And if the US had put as much money, time and effort into poor neighborhoods of their country, perhaps the whole country would be a lot better off.
