It wouldn't be entirely appropriate. Cool is a value judgement, a
subjective matter based on feeling or acceptance, not a factual one. The
statement here is a matter of utility, not personal value or style, so
"useful" would be better.
Now, if one were comparing libraries, and one liked the looks or atmosphere
of one library over the other, one might say one library is cooler than the
other. That's more of a value judgement.
Second, one wouldn't say "cool for you." On the other hand, "useful for
you" is a little awkward, too. I suggest you delete the "for you" and just
say it's useful.
