help の語法問題ですね。詳しい解説はかけませんでしたが、一応、以下の通りです。

help は「人」を助けるという意味。だから、help you with your homework としなければならない。
×(2)Because of John is very considerate does not necessarily mean that he will help you do your homework.
because of は前置詞なので、後に文をとることはできない。Because John is .... とすれば正しい文になる。
×(4)The reason that John is very considerate does not necessarily lead to that he will help you to do your homework.
<br> the reason lead to that ... は語法的に間違い。
