Are you sometimes a little tired and sleepy in the early afternoon? If so, you are not the only one. Many people feel this way after lunch. They may think that eating lunch is the cause of their sleepiness. Or, in summer, they may think it is the heat. However, the real reason lies inside our bodies. At that time -- about eight hours and feel sleepy. Scientists have tested sleep habits in experimental situations where there was no night or day. The people in these experiments almost always followed a similar sleep pattern. They slept forf one long period and then for one short period about eight hours later.

One of the oldest themes in literature is the love triangle. This theme has inspired some of the world's classics. However, it has also inspired some very poor writing. This novel unfortunately falls in the second category. The situation is not new: a man falls in love with his best friend's wife. At first the characters are interesting and the reader begins to like them. But that interest soon dies out. The characters talk on and on but nothing ever seems to happen. And their conversation is all on the same topic: themselves. The ending is tragic, or at least it is supposed to be. But by the time we get to the end of the book, we don't really care about these people. I suggest that this author take up bakking, or some other career that doesn't require too much imagination!
